Andy's Testimony

I was brought up in a non-Christian home. I became a Christian in my early teens through the youth work of an evangelical Anglican estate church in South London.

I got married in 1994 and we joined a Baptist Church in New Addington near Croydon where we stayed until moving to Norwich in 2000.

Over the years I have served as a home group leader, Sunday School teacher and Deacon, and have helped at children’s camps and holiday clubs.

My preaching is influenced by a desire to see evangelism and social action go hand-in-hand to be effective in living out the full message of the gospel of Christ.

I have also been influenced by both the Charismatic and Ecumenical movements.

I was an active member of the London Baptist Preachers’ Association from 1997 to 2000, and was later able to preach in Baptist and Congregational churches in the Norwich area.
